What artist have you worked with? Of all the projects you’ve done, which are you most proud of?
I haven’t had the opportunity to work with established artist, but soon.

It's not like it was back in the days. Sample laws have changed. Do you think we've seen the end of hip hop as we know it? Keyboard produced hip hop is the norm now? Hip Hop is clean and shiny now instead of dirty and gritty like it used to be. Do you think sampling is dead? What's your opinion on sampled based beats versus keyboard beats?
There are different types of people, so there should be different types of music. As long as people can feel the music, it doesn’t die.

What do you think sets you apart from other hip hop producers?
Nothing really, besides the fact that no one else is me. My music bangs hard too.

What upcoming projects are you working on? What's in the near future for STONI?
Right now, I'm working on my presentation for The Namm Show 2006 in California. I'll be using my MV8000 to showcase my tracks. I'm working on a compilation album project, so artist can hit me up with demos. Also, I have a special project in the making that is going to change the game.

Who are your Top hip hop producers out there?
The Neptunes, G Unit, Dip Set, SoSo Def, Aftermath & Dr. Dre, Timbaland, Just Blaze, Kanye West, Rodney Jerkins, Chris Stokes (T.U.G.), Jay Z, Lauryn Hill and many more.

Is there anything you want to let the people know, any parting words. Any shout outs in closing?
Hell yeah, shouts to Brooklyn! Shouts to Baghat Vinyl! Shouts to my publicist L’ay for holding me down…..I’m up nigg*, I’m up! Shouts to Scratch Magazine! Shouts to Wax Poetics Magazine! Shouts to The Ave Magazine! Shouts to the hip hop fans!
